We begin by reviewing the project’s technical background, the relevant drawings, and the client’s preferred method of execution. Based on that information, we develop the most practical engineering approach and provide the deliverables needed to support the project effectively.

To the extent possible, we work within the client’s existing design process, supported by our extensive experience in the modular industry. We generally prefer that each client’s internal engineers prepare the drawings, since every company has its own preferred materials, methods, and design approach, and that process is often already efficient and well established. Our role is to review the client’s design against the applicable local design criteria and help confirm that the project is prepared for city approval and building code requirements.
